Tree Felling
If there is enough space, the tree felling technique can be used where a tree is pulled down intact. This techniques requires precision and skill to ensure that the tree falls properly. Though a rare occurance due to space limitations and the close proximity of buildings, our tree surgeons are trained and qualified to use this technique.
Section Dismantle
Section dismantling happens when there is not enough space to fall a tree that is intact. This could be because the tree is too big or the space is not sufficient enough. Section dismantling or section felling is when a trained tree surgeon dismantles the tree section by section from the top down. All of our tree surgeons are trained to do this safely and efficiently.
Crown Reduction
Crown Reduction is reducing the overall volume and visible size of a tree from the top, while maintaining the natural balance and shape.
The reasons for this include:
-
Reducing the volume to make it less susceptible to high winds
-
Thins out the canopies to provide more light
-
Removal of potentially hzardous decay
